If your goal is to improve your overall health, get stronger, faster, improve your body composition, bone density, performance, mindset, confidence, blood work, move better, or even learn to nourish your body to perform better, we’d love to help you. We provide individualized strategy sessions to get clients started along with movement assessments, individualized program design, and a variety of coaching and support options. Our virtual tools are tailored to the client’s needs and goals and offers accountability and focus inside and outside the gym.
While we help our clients take charge of their health, please note that we are not doctors, physical therapists, dieticians, mental health counselors, or other healthcare clinicians.
We do not treat pain. We do help clients prevent and minimize pain by educating and helping them to move better and train safely within their capabilities. We collaborate with physical therapists and chiropractors to support the clients’ needs and help them to stay safe and progress faster.
We do not provide mental health counseling. We do provide compassion, support, guidance, accountability, and care to help clients reach their goals. If needed, we can collaborate with clients and their mental health clinicians as well.
We do not cure or attempt to cure chronic conditions. We do guide and support clients to change their nutrition and lifestyle habits which may help them to prevent or minimize chronic conditions. We collaborate with dieticians and other health care providers to support our clients to work through barriers that may be holding them back.
We are whole humans. Each client has their own starting point and circumstances and we recognize there is not “one” way to improve health. There are many aspects of health and one cannot be isolated from the rest.
As coaches, our goal is to work with our clients to come up with a plan that works for them. We educate, guide, simplify and clarify the process while giving the support and accountability so clients can focus their efforts where it matters most to be consistent and drive the change they desire.
