Our clients are intelligent, focused, and committed. They want something different than they have today. They have specific goals they want to achieve. Some clients may want to move better, get up and down from the floor more easily, get stronger, lose body fat, feel more confident, improve their posture and positioning, get back to riding a bike, pass physical standards testing at their job, master the kettlebell movements, improve their blood work, jump higher, run faster, get better at their sport, etc. They have a “why” and we help them close the gap on where they are today and what they want to achieve. Our clients are not just looking for someone to chat with while we count their reps. They are not looking for a beat down training session so they “feel” like they got a good workout. They are not simply searching for a feeling when they come to the gym. They come for a reason. They come for a result. They respect the process and are willing to commit to themselves.
At 44 years old, I began working with Kim in July of 2019. I was recovering from a distal bicep tendon rupture which was surgically repaired several months prior.
At the time, my strength was average but my posture, overall maneuverability and conditioning were poor. Kim put together a training program focused on improving my posture while adding strength and endurance.
She is committed to proper form and not allowing my bad habits to creep back into our training sessions. Kim is consistently conscious of my bicep surgery and we find ways to build strength without aggravating the injury.
While my goals initially were to improve body composition and strength, the improvement to my posture has been the most dramatic and noticeable. I find myself standing, walking and even sitting with better posture.
This is huge for someone who unfortunately spends too much time working at a computer.
Kim is dedicated to her craft and reaching her clients’ goals. She shows up to the gym each day with a positive attitude, smile on her face and mission to train with intensity.
I look forward to each of our training sessions and would recommend Kim to anyone wanting to make positive changes in their overall health.

ClientI am in am my late 40’s. When I turned 40, I was 280 pounds and felt awful. In recent years, I have lost 40 pounds through better diet and moving more. About three years ago, I started competing in short distance triathlons. These are very enjoyable but I was struggling with injuries. For me to continue competing in triathlons and too eventually finish an Ironman, I need to drop more body fat and build a stronger, more robust body. This is why I reached out to Kim. I have been working with her since December 2019.
During our first few sessions, she explained her general approach and we established goals.
Short term
· Builder a stronger, more robust body
· Master the hinge and the swing
· Add muscle and reduce body fat
· Stay Healthy
Long term
· Triathlons (Injury free)
· Kettlebell routine (Simple and Sinister)
· Stay healthy
The first program she made for me lasted six weeks. I am on the second program right now. I feel that her programs take into account my goals and circumstances (time available, work schedule, travel). She also flexes her coaching methods, from one-on-one sessions to virtual.
I am making good progress.
I would certainly recommend Kim as a Coach. If nothing else, sit down with her to have the first conversation.

ClientI have had the pleasure of working with Kim privately at the gym for since November 2019. She is passionate in her work and her love for weight training. She customized my workouts specific to my needs. She is attentive to proper form during each exercise to maximize results and prevent injury. During our time together, I have gained strength in specific muscle groups which has allowed me to relax and decrease the pain in areas of my body that were overcompensating. She motivates you during your workouts and challenges you every step of the way. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive to detail. I would highly recommend Kim for any of your fitness needs.

Client“I am loving working out with Kim! She is energetic, concise, knowledgeable, and thorough. I know that when I work out with her that I am going to get the most bang for my time. She will also contact me outside the gym to find out how I am doing after a workout and she always has positive feedback and great information to share. I cannot even imagine working out with anyone else. She is a little powerhouse and a wealth of knowledge.

ClientI met Kim through my CrossFit community back in 2013. She helped facilitate a seamless transition from my CrossFit training to a more personal daily workout. I would and have recommended her to friends and family, as she is continually educating herself through various seminars, classes, etc, providing her clients a safe, effective workout.

ClientI’m a federal agent and leader of a Special Response Team. My job requires me to maintain a level of physical fitness and annually pass a physical test. I’m also 50 years old and can’t risk the set back of an injury. Kim has been instrumental in helping me achieve my goals and remain injury free. She has a wealth of knowledge and expert contacts to assist in developing a program based on my personal needs. I highly recommend her.
